This technique enhances the flavors and aromas of the wine, resulting in a truly exceptional blend. Each grape varietal is carefully vinified separately, with temperature control at a precise 60 degrees Fahrenheit during cold settling. To ensure the utmost quality, malolactic fermentation is intentionally halted, allowing us to create the perfect final blend. Our team of experts meticulously taste each varietal to ensure that only the best possible result is achieved. Once the wine has reached its peak, it undergoes a thorough filtration process before being elegantly bottled.
