This wine was produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes
from different vintages. The wine fermented and grew in
600 liter French oak barrels and then
aged on its lees for 6 months. The wine
is produced in the traditional method of the Champagne region.
It is a dry wine (brut nature), with a medium body.
