Castel La Vie is a fruity and balanced blend of the Bordeaux grape varieties grown in the vineyards of Castel Winery in the Judean Mountains, with the addition of some Syrah grapes. After fermentation and a short stay in wooden barrels, the wine was aged for almost a year in special concrete tanks, which help preserve the wine's fresh character. It is recommended to drink the wine during the three years after the harvest, and it is recommended to serve it slightly cold.
