This aromatic rose by Capcanes is consists of 60% Granacha, 20% Tempranillo, and 20% Merlot grown in the Montsant region of Catalonia, Spain. It is light pink in color with a nearly translucent appearance. The aroma is a complex airy and floral bouquet. The palate is medium bodied with notes of rose water and fresh vegetables. The Peraj Petita Rosat lacks the typical bittersweet bite of typical rosés, and instead is a well balanced wine with a pleasant acidity and an enjoyable fruity aftertaste. Pairs best with cheese and tomato dishes, mushrooms, and chicken.
