Deep, balanced and complex red wine. The aromas of ripe red fruits stand out, with accentuated toasted and spicy notes from the aging process. The palate is dense and expressive, with volume and with a long and lasting finish. Peraj Ha'abib is made from the Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cariñena varieties. The Garnacha grapes come from very old vineyards, between 50 and 70 years old. All vines are planted in soils, at about 500 meters of altitude, in clay and granite soils. The color is completely manual. As soon as I prepare, the must ferments at a controlled temperature between 24 and 28ºC for a period of 28 days. All varieties are vinified together. Afterwards, the vinification of Peraj Ha'abib is stored for 12 months in new French carvalho barrels. Finally, before being marketed, the wine remains for 3 months in tanks to finish or refine. Serving temperature: 17 ºC alcohol content: 15%
