This wine is produced from grapes from vineyards with low yields located in the terroir of Khmer, granite and flint, which give minerality to the wine. The vineyards are located on steep hills rising to a height of 350-550 meters. The harvest is manual and selective; The yields are extremely low (400-750 grams per vine/bush). After production, the wine is aged in new French oak barrels of different sizes: 220/300/500 liters, for a period of 12 months. After creating the final blend, the wine is aged for several months in stainless steel tanks, at the end of which the wine is bottled.
A wine rich in aromas and flavors of ripe red berries combined with floral characteristics - characteristics of the Grenache variety. The minerality and acidity that characterize the variety in this terroir, together with the aromas of roasted coffee coming from the wooden barrels create an exciting, interesting, elegant and complex wine. Some define it as truly aristocratic, and similar in complexity to the wines of Bourgogne and the north of the Rhone Valley. The velvety tannins together with the long finish emphasize the structure and the long aging potential of the wine - at least 15 years.
