Crafted from Syrah grapes sourced from two distinguished vineyards - Kidmat Tzvi and K far Shammai. Half the fruit underwent traditional fermentation to develop the variety's deep, spicy character, While the other portion experienced full carbonic maceration to accentuate Syrah's vibrant, fruit-forward qualities.
