Golan Basalt Winery was established in 1998, after years of making wine at home, by Yoav Levy.
The winery is located next to a grove and a magical spring in front of the view of the Sea of Galilee...
The secret of the place lies in the fertile and rich basalt soil, in the climatic conditions special to the region and in natural and careful production processes.
The winery produces wine from noble grape varieties from which a high quality and extremely tasty wine is produced.
After fermentation, the wine is kept unfiltered in barrels to improve the taste and aroma.
The winery currently produces about 80,000 bottles a year.
