The wine is named after the 188th Armored Brigade and was produced from the ranks of the "Tel Fars" vineyard.
Tel Fars is the site of the deadly battle where the 188th Brigade bravely fought in the Yom Kippur War in 1973. Aged for 20 months in French oak barrels.
