The Sauvignon Blanc is an unforgettable wine that was harvested by hand from an ancient vine, and fermented in stainless steel tanks and a concrete egg for 10 months. Our fermentation tanks are the only ones of their kind in Israel, and the result is a rich taste similar to barrel fermentation but without any oak components. The bottle cap is made of high-quality glass (easy to put back and close the bottle when you want) with an illustration that changes from time to time.
