The Gold Edition is a unique wine of exceptional quality and character, marked by a golden capsule as a hallmark to its exclusive nature. This wine is made of Cabernet Saignon grapes, grown in the Upper Galilee, long considered one of the best gape growing regions of Israel. After termentation, this wine was aged in carefully selected oak barrels, chosen specifically by our winemakers. This wine shows cheaters of red and black plums, sweet spices, balanced tannins and a long fruity fish nipy this wine with various meat dishes, strong cheeses or pasta Bolognese.
