The French wine master Philippe Lichtenstein learned the secrets of the French tradition winemaking at the University of Montpellier, a school of agronomists specializing in growing vines, and accumulated about 20 years of experience in agronomy and winemaking.
At the beginning of Philippe's career, he worked in a winery in the south of France and served as a consultant to the vintners in Corsica. After that he immigrated to Israel with one dream - to bring the aromas and sensory pleasure from the vineyards of Provence to the mountains of Jerusalem.

In recent years, Lichtenstein has worked together with the Shor family, owners of Arza Winery, one of the oldest wineries in Israel, on a new creation in establishing a high-quality and creative premium winery. As part of the process, Lichtenstein is involved in the care of the vineyards to ensure that the varieties are adapted to the conditions of Israel and the creation of prestigious series based on unique Mediterranean varieties which They have won awards in Israel and around the world.
