The Gold Edition is a unique wine of exceptional quality and character, marked by a golden capsule, as a hallmark to its exclusive nature. This wine is made of Melot grapes, grown in the Galilee, long considered one of the best grape growing regions of Israel. After fermentation, this wine was aged in carefully selected ok barel, chosen specifically by our winemakers. The wine shows characters of red beries plums and hints of vanilla and cloves. Rich and supil, i pi re int griled beef, roast lamb and various chicken dishes.
